Question: Forums for Foreign Car Builders?

This Forum - for good reason - has some wonderful builders of American cars including muscle cars, NASCAR, stock, etc. I was wondering, however, if you could suggest some other Forums where people concentrate on foreign cars such as stock Englis/German/etc. cars, Le Mans, sports cars (e.g. Ferrari, Aston Martin).

I build mostly American vehicles but would like to try my hand at some of these others and would love to learn from the best in creating and detailing a new range of material.

I don't know of any foreign car model sites. Even though the bulk of the models displayed on this site are of US designed autos, there are quite a few members who are quite knowledgeable about non US cars. I know we have a few from the UK who have been quite helpful when I've had questions about British cars (sadly they also usually have to tell me no model exists ).

It would not surprise me to find at least a few members who could help with most foreign cars. Many of the members post little unless it is about their particular niche. I'd suggest you ask your question and see if someone can help, you may not get a useful answer, but you could be surprised at what turns up.

Escale model forums used to have a lot more foreign cars, but they fell victim to the same malware as the MCM forum did. Every time I try to go back there, it shows as a malware site now.

I'm sure you'll find something out there, but remember that we have quite a few European members here, a few from South America and a few from Asia, even one (at least) from South Africa, all of who post more or less regularly. So you might find what you're looking for right here.
