Beige with white top and interior. I was second owner the first was a kindergarten teacher. Traded a Kawasaki H1 with a bad center cylinder for it and sold it for 900 bucks to a guy who already had 7 or 8 Corvairs. He restored it and gave it to his youngest daughter for HS graduation and she tried to move a deer out of the road with it about a year later. Wish I had it today, cool little car. If one goes through life with one's eyes open, it sometimes takes a pretty serious act of will to avoid getting a very negative attitude. Things like rampant stupidity, and willful, prideful ignorance, with an inability...or no desire...to comprehend actual reality on the part of many...often prominent and influential...folks are among my predominant daily irks. It had been an SCCA race car, the interior was gutted, and when you slammed the door, it was like banging on a trash can. Sure was fun to drive though. You are absolutely correct Bill. I had the opportunity to meet a Great Aunt of mine when she was in her winter years and I was a teenager. She was always the eternal optimist. One time I asked how she stayed so upbeat with all of the negativity in the world. Her answer was simple. She said something to the effect that some days were a lot harder than others, but that if she let the negative people bring her down, they won. She went on to say "and I will not let them win." It was one of the few times in those years of my life where my ears were open, I listened and learned a very valuable life lesson.

I came across a wise person the other day who maintained that one could see the world as full of hate and cruelty, or as full of love and kindness, that it was a choice we each make. But I disagree. I think it's important to see fully that the world is full of hate and cruelty, as well as love and kindness. The choice is which part we decide to embrace. espo
Always try to keep a smile on your face and show others respect, especially strangers, and pretty soon at the end of the day you might be surprised at just how good you'll feel. TonyK
I have never been to a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. Recently my wife had a peanut butter doughnut at work and said it was great so I thought I'd drive to Krispy Kreme this morning and do her a favor and get a couple and grab something different for myself. The nearest shop is 10 miles from our house and the website said they open at 5 am every day. I arrived about 5:15 and see a note on the door they won't be open until 7. Really?! Nothing on the website. Never been there and I pick today to drive the 20 mile round trip for nothing.

stitchdup
Disgusting people that think because their travelling on a boat, rules of decency no longer apply. Over the last couple of nights I've had to disinfect pretty much everything due to them just throwing their sick bags at the bin, hiding them down the back of seats etc.. Then just to top that some woman decided the bin would bemore suitable to use then toilet and I'm the mug that has to clean it up. I want to rub their selfish faces in their mess they leave. Jim N
Flippin migraines. Been battling them for over a week. I get them from time to time and deal with them. espo
Sounds like some of the drivers around here. They all seem to be multi tasking with their phones and what ever it is they're drinking, begs the question how do they steer. The only thing worse than a "Red light runner" is the guy who stops half way over the pedestrian cross walk and when the light turns green they can't seem to remember what to do next. Yesterday on a multi lane main street with many stop lights, I was in a lane next to a lady who kept trying to sideswipe me. Her right side tires kept coming across the painted line into my lane. I finally just slowed to let her get ahead and watched go from the lines on the right to the ones on the left. Her driving was bad enough that you would think she was drunk or something. This was a 45 zone and she would go 35-40 then 50 and back down to 30 again. Where is a Cop when you need them.
TonyK
Krylon paint cans. Lately I've had 3 or 4 cans that end up with clogged stems. Not the nozzle part but the stem. I always clear out the nozzle but when I go to use it again I can't get any paint out of it. Don't know what to do. Had it happen to an off-brand can too. Seems to happen after I've used about 1/3 of the can.
