1/24 Slot Car Parts?

Hi guys it has been some time since I have been on the forum but I have been thinking about building some slot cars. I mostly build short track racecar models and over the years I have accumulated quite a few 1/24 scale bodies, I would like to build some as slot cars and I was wondering where are some good places to get parts I plan on making brass chassis but I need all the other goodies to make the rolling chassis? Thanks for the help guys!

hi matt...... are you going to make something contempory wanting to use new manufactured slot car parts or do you want to use vintage 60's slot car parts.. ??? are you going to run on wood or plastic... ?? or both???

H&R is a good rtr chassis, if your in Michigan, PROFFESOR MOTOR has everything you need to build from scratch.

Looking to use new parts. The local track has both kinds of trak surfaces.
