IMPALASS89 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 HI again, This is the third one I have finished the 1969 Revell Camaro copo I seen one of these in dove white last year and I had to bulid on just like I seen it. I used mcw paint for this one dove white once I primered the body parts I wet sanded them with #3600 tacked cloth them and then painted them in dove white. I them went on to the interior just like the real one I went with black inteior for the bulid the engine was painted in aluminum trans also. I went bak to the body the next step and color sanded the parts were then cleared along with the rims I alos went with the color front bumper on this one. The next day I wet sanded them out and polished them to a deep shine.I then barefoiled the lower rocker trim window trim door handles ect.. I used the red line decals fro the Revell copo nova for the tires well here are the pics and thanks for looking too.
Porscheman Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Beautiful!!! White is on of the hardest colors to paint and yours came out great!!!
berr13 Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Pretty nice, especially in white. I'd like to see the '57 Ford in the background, too. Great job!
