MikeyB08 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Finally got to work on some models. Seems like forever since I last posted or even been on the forums. I've heard some mixed reviews about the 360 Modena kit (mostly bad). I'm fairly happy with the kit itself. All though it only came with 69 pieces, it was still an enjoyable build, and to me thats all that matters. Not much time was really spent on this model. Since I had a 2 month break in building, I just wanted something done. Nothing special. Out of the box besides the side mirrors. I felt the stock ones were too big in comparison to the body so I scratched up my own. Model Kit Info: - Revell Ferrari 360 Modena Spider - 69 Pieces; Skill Level 2 - Exterior Color: Rust-O-Leum Real Orange Double Coverage
ERIK88 Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 ive heard bad stuff about this model as well, but urs looks really good? what are people talking about?lol nice build clean
Shardik Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Why don't my "quick builds" ever look this nice?
Speedfreak Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Nice build James. Your choices of colors work really well. I've been trying to complete a 'quick' build for about six weeks now, lol. I've actually got 'two' cars I'm half way done with. My next build is going to be a Lamborghini Diablo VT, hopefully it looks as good as your Ferrari!
MikeyB08 Posted October 5, 2013 Author Posted October 5, 2013 Thanks for the comments guys. I really couldn't find anything that was seriously wrong with the kit. Parts fit together nicely other than the rear bumper meeting the body. There is a small gap on the sides.
