I just know somebody here is going to bring it full circle and build a replica of this one now.

Any bets on who will be the first ?

Very cool, but why the hemi ?????? Its a Chevy !!! And I agree the white walls don't fit the theme.

"But their intention was to build more than just a replica – this 1:1 Badman was to be a nod towards what used to be and what could be, all the while staying true to the original model."

I was wondering the the same, but it's an homage to the original Badman, not an exact replica.

Old Pro '72 Nova?:

That Old Pro Nova is very nice. I was thinking the proportions would have to be so skewed , it would never work to be a true replica in actual reality. those whitewalls are beyond tacky.

It's cool but they lost me with the Hemi . 396 cu. in. just looks cooler in that black stripe I don't know why .

But when the engine was a 265 the 396 on the stripe didn't mean much.....

Huh?

The actual Badman kit still includes the 265 SBC from the original Monogram '55 Hardtop, but the Badman kit's decals say "396".
