:huh:Hi I have 2 of the R&R 65 darts from Steve one will be a 65 the other will be a 63 or 64. The 63,64,65 Darts all looked the same from the side and the roof was the same it's the grill and the tail lights that need some work it should not be to bad to change over. If he has them you better get them I just got a kit from Steve and he told me the sad news that Ray from R&R had passed away and it looks like once the stock is gone that may be it.

Thanks, guys.

I have never worked with resin before, but I guess there is always a first time.

My best friend had a 63 in high school and I want to build one for his birthday next summer.

Does anyone know if the 65 still had the pushbutton transmission?

Hopefully I can pick one of those up soon.

The last year for the push button Torqueflite transmission was 1964. All 1965 Torqueflite built passenger cars used either a column mounted shift lever, or a console mounted shift lever.....both connected to the transmission via two cables. Starting in 1966 they adopted the familiar linkage connections. :) Fury3

I own a real 63 270 and there was a really bad dealer promo but I have not seen one in over 40 years, the 63 has that curved in grill and i've never seen one in resin or i would have it,
