Anybody seen the "Machete" movies?

ROBERT RODRIGUEZ knows how to make a movie. Just saw the first "Machete" movie, which is a totally straight-faced, satirical splatterfest without a wink, with an A-list cast (Robert DeNiro, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Stephen Seagal, Don Johnson, et al) , and the silliest denouement you've ever seen [imagine Lindsay Lohan in a nun's habit blowing people away, nurses in microskirts with Uzis, and Jessica Alba riding off with Danny Trejo on a motorcycle, like Kim K and Kanye in their infamous video]. Looking forward to his TV series version of "From Dusk Til Dawn," beginning Tuesday at 9 on the ElRey network.

Yeah, it sucks, but it's SPOSED too! You CAN'T take it seriously, it was done as a lark and a way for RR to get some bucks up for "Machete Kills" ANOTHER trashy blood an guts flick!

If Steven Seagal and Don Johnson are A-Listers, what's Brad Pitt?

It has a fan base and is no worse then Steven Seagal last movies where you can tell the edit points for the stuntmen. Seagal made his last few in another country. I like many of Seagals movies. If you want to watch a great move watch Heat filmed in 1995 with Robert Deniro and what a cast in that movie also written by Michael Mann of Miami Vice...
