going to do a 49 merc wagon weathered and trying out some diff,ways to make the wood look old ,how am i doing ? in put help full ,

i used the folkart paints ,then ,distress crackle paint ,then some light gray and flat black ,colors are raw sienna on the large panels ,cinnamon on the trim ,

Thanks guys ,I,m thinking of a old woody surfer wagon that a young guy got and made a few updates to to make it safe and driveable , and added some flair ,just trying to get the wright look for the wood ,

SOME THING LIKE THIS BUT NOT AS NICE ,AND A MERC,

I would really like to see a tutorial on your method, Blair, as would many others here as can be seen above. I know it's a pain to do one but your wood weathering is exceptional ... so I'm bumping this to give you a little push .. ;)
