Lunajammer Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 Striking. Unbelievably believable. I'd say you nailed it (heh). I'd love to do an old fishing boat like that.
mnwildpunk Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 Looks great to me you should make a tutorial in tips and tricks of the process step by step of each colour
bobthehobbyguy Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 I agree a tutorial would be great. Your wood effect is great.
Danno Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 Unbelievably believable. I'd say you nailed it (heh). Dittos what he said!
bpletcher55 Posted June 1, 2014 Author Posted June 1, 2014 you guys may have talked me into it ,I will have to get all my ducks in a row ,so to speak ,
Foxer Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 BUMP I would really like to see a tutorial on your method, Blair, as would many others here as can be seen above. I know it's a pain to do one but your wood weathering is exceptional ... so I'm bumping this to give you a little push ..
BigTallDad Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 I agree! A tutorial is definitely in order!I added a tutorial on converting a regular model to a woodie. Your tutorial on weathering would be a perfect complement.http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/101995-woodification-making-it-a-woodie/Between the two tutorials, members could choose what and how they want to use wood.
