Hello all. Just wondering what companies are there in America that are used to tour music shows? Shows like the big concerts and operas, ballets and musicals? Just wondering as in Australia we have 3 or 4 major companies that do this sort of work, and I work for a local company in Brisbane that cart backline and sound and lighting equipment.

Thanks

There are 4 major trucking companies here in the states involved with touring shows..............My employer, Clark Transfer Inc. Harrisburg,PA the number one provider of Broadway show/theatrical transport in the country. Stagecall Inc. Phoenix,AZ,and Upstaging Transport Inc. Chicago,IL and Janco Inc. Wayne,NJ..........The last two primarily do Rock & Roll and major tours, while Janco's primary tour is the WWE Wrestling tours.......................Mark

Friends of the family used to work for another company, Truck 'n' Roll. They do primarily music industry shows. As I recall all their trucks are black Freightliners.
