Volvoman Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Hi guys, here is my latest car in the garage, the Ford Fiesta RS WRC. This kit is from a company called BELKITS and is the first time I have built one of their models and I must say I am quite impressed with the quality. As always, all thoughts and comments are welcome and thanks for looking.
GeeBee Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 That's some nice detail work on that one, the decals look a nightmare to get right .....
508boricua Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 That's a fantastic looking build! I've been considering buying a kit from them and this build convinced me. Great work!!
Rob Hall Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 That kit looks like it would be a good starting point to build a Ken Block car...
PappyD340 Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 extremely NICE build Mark but I think it needs just one more antenna on the roof!!
StreetShaker Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 WRC cars seem like fun build projects. Yours looks amazing! Especially love the brakes!
Danno Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Wow. That graphic and finish is so busy! Great looking model.
MsDano85gt Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 I honestly thougt it was real at first glance very cool model!!
charlie8575 Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 That's some nice detail work on that one, the decals look a nightmare to get right ..... I was thinking the same thing. Interesting full-color graphic on the tires. I've never seen that before. Also interesting that a 2-door Fiesta hatch is available. Here, we get the 4-door or a 4-door sedan. Very nice job. fitforbattle Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 I love WRC's, especially these Fiestas (of the modern era rally cars, they're my favs.) Would look amazing all dirty and splattered with mud!
bogger44 Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Super sharp, and yes that looks like a nightmare to decal, but you pulled it off with great results.
