white residue after stripping paint

Hey guys been absent for a long time but I’m back.

Long story short I have a white residue after stripping paint. Will this be ok to prime over or not, if not what should I do?

I used the purple stuff first then washed it with detergent, after letting it dry I noticed the residue, as you can see in the pic. So I figured I try simple green and basically the same result. The residue comes off when I scratch it with my fingernail. The black and white parts seem to be ok its just the parts that have the beige color to them.

I really need help I’ve been at this for couple of months now, and just want to start building.

Any help would be great.

Zee, I've had the same problem with Purple Power after a long soak. I basically had to sand/scrape the stuff off, 'nothing' would get rid of it.

WOW what a nightmare. wish i knew before i did this, I'm bona try to prime some pieces and keep my fingers crossed it works
