I love fall weather.  After several rainy days last week, the sun came out yesterday.  Took a drive to see fall colors over in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.  But the fall colors are great also in my front yard (big oak out front)

I love fall weather...

I'm with you, Rob. Nice shots. Nice neighborhood too. Reminds me of where I was a little kid.

The trees are just starting to turn here. Went for a six mile hike up at Kennesaw Mtn.

I'm very pleased I can do six miles again without being crippled afterwards. I had slid pretty far down the out-of-shape slope, and the older I get, the tougher it is to come back.

I see raking in your future. :D

That's one of the big things I miss about Ohio. But then in another month or two you will be smothered in that white evil stuff. Loved seeing it outside the window, hated driving in it every day to work.

Loved playing in mountains of leaves as a kid.   About time to do that again . Too many decades absent.  The leaves are calling.  To heck with what others say or think.

Peace.

Nice pix. I love the fall best of all. We have a heavily treed lot, and all those leaves belong to them there trees. They can pick'em up!

That's always been my attitude. And amazingly, the ones that don't just blow away break down and dissolve back into the earth over winter. So far, my grass has never once complained. ;)

That's the way it should work nutrients for the tree too.

I'd say Scots Fertilizer convinced people to start blowing/raking their yards...

Conspiracy all long.  I should have known.

We do work nature will handle on its own and give others money as a result of our  constant meddling and arrogance thinking we know better.

Yup...I'll stick with playing in them.

Peace.

Love the fall too, much better than the heat and humidity of the summer. But that does mean winter is just around the corner.Ah there's always something for us humans to complain about.

Not today but course of a few months, an old friend had gotten in touch with me through Facebook (that I rarely look at) and we met up yesterday figured out we hadn't seen each other for 28 years. Picked up like we had seen each other just last week.

Great day

It was 78 degrees and 90% humidity today.  I could work in the only for an hour.  So much for fall in FLA.

Oh man, hmmm,my brother and his wife were just transferred to Orlando.I'm sure they're going to have a hard time for awhile getting used to Fla's weather

Orlando is at least a couple hours east of us and has completely different weather because it's about in the middle of the state.  We're about 18 miles from the gulf and that affects our weather.
