James2 Posted November 22, 2018 Author Posted November 22, 2018 No matter the "State of this Union" I am now and forever thankful for our founding fathers wisdom, bravery and insite when establishing these UNITED STATES of AMERICA. Happy Thanksgiving!
slusher Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 I-pad crashed last week but turned out it locked me out and my brother in law fixed it quick. So glad to have it back....

cowboy rich Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Headed to my moms this evening and the wife says she needs to stop at wal-fart, on black Friday! I didn't go in just watched the bucket loads of stupid in the parking lot
Rob Hall Posted November 24, 2018 Posted November 24, 2018 (edited) Had a very mellow black Friday. After a cold and gray Thanksgiving, took advantage of warmer weather and sunshine to go for a drive today, over to charming Chagrin Falls. Saw a black Ferrari 488 parked there. Went from there north to Lake Erie via some beautiful winding, hilly roads along the Chagrin River through horse farm country. Went up to Geneva-on-the-Lake to the Old Firehouse Winery for a late lunch and wine tasting, bought a few bottles. Walked down to the beach behind the winery, enjoyed a few minutes of listening to the waves lapping at the shoreline.. One neat thing is the Firehouse winery was stocked full of old firetruck toys--Nylints, Tonka, etc. Edited November 24, 2018 by Rob Hall

HomerS Posted December 1, 2018 Posted December 1, 2018 The Bengals are as dysfunctional as a 'pro' team can be due to an owner who may be the real life inspiration for C Montgomery Burns from The Simpsons. If you remember or are into 80's rock.....you'll understand the slam on the shirt
martinfan5 Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 B&H Photo customer service , will replace the lost parcel that DHL and USPS have seem to have lost if it has not arrived by the 8th. I highly recommend B&H photo to anyone that is in need of photo and or video and or other electronic items.

If you ever make it to NYC, it would be well worth a visit, it's the only photographic store I've seem that takes up a whole block, sadly over the years a lot of our independent photographic stores here in the U.K. have closed down. Tom Geiger Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Ha! I like the way they used the air space by putting a totally unrelated apartment building on top of that historic building! Only in New York! Unfortunately for most people today, photography is now done with their iPhone. It's going the way of hobby shops... My father was a professional photographer in his early years. He put himself through college shooting weddings. He had his dark room in what was originally the coal storage area in my grand parent's basement. He taught me how to take pictures when I was young, focusing on centering the image and getting a good result. No cut off heads or feet in my photos! He died right before I got my first $800 Mavica digital camera. I've always wondered what he would have thought about that! I still have some of his cameras and equipment.
