Mr. Moparman Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 I think it's time to crank over that HEMI and let this bird fly! She's done! This is by far my best build yet, and with the issues I ran into I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the turnout of this model. It almost seems like I could jump in and go! Stay tuned for the next post....
freakshow12 Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Came out good. Before you go doing burnouts with it I would install the top radiator hose
Mr. Moparman Posted August 9, 2014 Author Posted August 9, 2014 With this four letter exciter hung on the side, and that name on the rear quarter panels, I don't think there will be too many takers at the traffic lights. That's it! Everybody enjoy!
Mr. Moparman Posted August 9, 2014 Author Posted August 9, 2014 Came out good. Before you go doing burnouts with it I would install the top radiator hose OOPS! I completely forgot to stick that on before I took the picture. That problem is fixed now.
crowe-t Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 It came out great! I like that shot of the interior. Mike.
microwheel Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Looks good, really like the they way the paint came out.
Harry P. Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Nice model, nice attention to detail except the chrome trim on the vent windows extends down too far... over the door skins.
NJJeff Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Nice touch with the yellow and white markings on the differential. I had forgotten about all the markings I used to see under new cars when I worked for a dealership back in the 70's. I assume they're marked during assembly.. Nice build Brandon!
johnbuzzed Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Brandon, that came out really nice; far better than anything I built when I was your age. You should be proud of your build.
DynoMight Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Great job, looks really good. I was a little worried when you had the "surgery" on the front fender! But that came together good.. Love the dogdishes...
SuperbirdKing43 Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Awesome build! where did you get that color? I'm looking for FJ5 as well as FK5. Thanks.
