NY State Trooper blue

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the proper shade of blue for one of these beasties?

Is it darker or lighter than the stock Ford metallic medium?

Can't help you Chuck but please take the picture down. I get the willies seeing that in my mirror. Gonna put the plate reader (rear fender) and photon disintegrator on??

I'd use Model Master Arctic Blue for that.

Arctic blue is a good starting point. Trouble is NYSP has/had the same issue as the NHP with their all blue cars. It cost too much for a custom color, so they took whatever dark blue color Ford offered for the model year.

Nevada cars look great until you park them side by side and see the differences.
