1/16 scale Charger into Petty Road Runner completed 1/10

The other topic went poof LOL ...

This started with the Petty Charger . I cut out the trunk and took 4mm off the rear window shelf , then off the quarter..

Took about a half inch off the front fenders and added the hood panel..

Then cut 22mm out of center of the hood & reshaped the scoop.

Ruffed in the wheel flares and valance panel.. Front and rear bumpers are scratch built..

YEA no kidding make some parts to sell, i would take a grill for sure OR if you could go into detail how to do it. That would be great to. Also one of my favourite petty cars.

Not much detail lol..

I just sized a grill picture , printed it out on paper and cut it out .. Then transfer the shape on plastic and a lot of sanding..

Got a little more done to it ..

Scratch built some hubs added some 1/25 scale dub rotors on the rear I used the kit brakes and added springs ,backing plates.

Oil cooler & oil tank brake & master cylinder lines .. also built a battery tray hold down for the battery.

Built a cooler to go under the rear end blower and plumbed it..

The kit comes with jack stands so I made a jack to go with them..

Well she's getting closer.. Scratch built engine hoist and jack . Added input shaft to transmission..

Used some needles cut down for hood pins. Added seat belts & made a peace sign head rest.

AWW i was hoping it was going to be the all blue version, o well it still looks amazing. You did an amazing job on the grill, in the front shot it looks like it came with the kit.
