Dan, what I want to do is make one of the decals out of the Camaro kits larger, and put it on the cab doors, it's basically a round decal with an M and a P in the middle, and says motion performance around the outside. I was fooling with it tonight, but the program my daughter put on my pc is smarter than me [lol], and then I found out I am out of half the color cartridges of ink in my printer, thus my standstill......

should have some new stuff to post soon :) , Dennis [Tesla] has made my decal dream come true, he has been kind enough to make me what I needed/wanted for this project [they look sweet by the way], and as soon as I get them in my hot little hands, I can finish off the cab and get this project in the done column :D

stay tuned, the end is near for this.........

the saga continues :) Dennis had mailed the decals to me, but the post office deemed it necessary to keep them on a shelf for a few extra days before actually sending them on their way, but they showed up this morning B)

so, I put a couple of them on the cab, and a couple on the mud flaps. in a day or two I will apply the final coat of clear on the cab, and can start to detail the rest of that and get this build back on track :)

what do ya think?

again, big thanks to Dennis for helping me out on this, it was the puzzle piece I needed to pull off the look I wanted.

thanks all :)

got a bit more done today on the cab. did some BMF and used black chrome BMF for the first time around the windshield frame, thought I would try it rather than trying to paint it black.

I also thought that as I am using the sleeper 'curtain', it might as well have some custom embroidery on it,

test fit in the cab,

so that's where I am at, as I have passed the 6 month mark for this adventure, I figure a few more weeks won't hurt, lol.

stay tuned, and thanks for watching.................

BMF looks great. That's how I was gonna start doin the windshield frames, just haven't gotten around to buy in any. It's coming along nicely. Lookin forward to more.

Looking good Tom. If I haven't said it before, Love the white frame! Dennis did a great job on the decals. These car haulers full of cars are an epic build. If I can manage to get the race car hauler built with a car on it, it'll be an accomplishment!

Tom,

Your Black BMF looks really good on the windshield rubber. Looks like I may have to try to get some of that over here.

I kinda figured the decals would look good. Dennis did a bunch for me . I have yet to use any of them however. Your decals look good!

be Well
