Porscheman Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 (edited) I built this one a couple of years ago. This is a John Heyer resin I picked up a his house in Queens, NY. It's only a body shell, but I think he captured the 1 to 1 very well. This is one of my favorite, one of a kind models. Let me know what you think. Al Edited January 8, 2015 by Porscheman
Ramfins59 Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Nice one Al. I've never seen one before either. Good job.
donb Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 Nice one Al. I've never seen one before either. Good job. Agree.
Porscheman Posted January 9, 2015 Author Posted January 9, 2015 Is that the "Frank Sinatra Edition?" Harry, I think the Sinatra Edition was paint a silver blue. Thanks guys. Al
Porscheman Posted January 9, 2015 Author Posted January 9, 2015 Thanks Carl. I wish somebody would cast models of Lincoln Mk's or Cadillac Seville's. Al
kruleworld Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Nicely done imperial. Thanks Carl. I wish somebody would cast models of Lincoln Mk's or Cadillac Seville's. Al I've got a cast of a Mk V (1977), it's horrible, but it's a mkv.
impcon Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Try the low rider sites that have a model section. I was on one not long ago and they had some newer rounded Cadillacs plus a really decent looking 64 Impala coupe - not an SS - but an Impala.
Sixties Sam Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Cool! I can't remember ever seeing one of those in model or 1:1! Good job! Sam
unclescott58 Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Very nice. That generation Imperial has always been kind of a kitsch. Despite that, I've always like them. Scott
Mopar - D Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Al awesome I would say you have a one of one build here. I like your color choose it looks good on this year Imperial.
disabled modeler Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Nice...! There is one of those here in town in a back yard rotting away....
