Daddyfink Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 You are are pretty good! Here are some more
Scale-Master Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) Top one is The Heat. The bottom one is from The Lively Set, a movie that featured the Chrysler Turbine Car. Edited February 5, 2015 by Scale-Master
CorvairJim Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Gremiln. Recent film with a limited release but a popular actor. My film didn't have any "Gremlins" in it, even though that was the title... "Horns", from a couple of years ago, clearly did!
CorvairJim Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Here's a kinda obscure one that I thought about the other day. It is from a 1970's TV series:
Helix Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 OHHHHHHhhhhhhhh I know this one!!!!!..........Malcolm..... Well done mate, classic Aussie movie!
Helix Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Here's another selection! The first one is an easy one!
Scale-Master Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 OK, those last two are from Fast Lane Fever.
GLMFAA1 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 The Dennis fire truck is from EMERGENCY! greg
ChrisBcritter Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Since I did two '57 Caddy Eldorados, let's try a pair of '66 Mustangs with a connection: Hint: Two different films that deal with the same subject; one a docudrama and the other a drama based loosely on the same incident. The lead actor in the docudrama was taken seriously for the first time after this role and has had a very successful career; the lead actor in the drama (despite a chilling performance) had a brief career and died in obscurity. Good luck!
Helix Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 OK, those last two are from Fast Lane Fever. Correct, Downunder it was called 'Running on Empty' ! First one is Crocodile Dundee That was a give me !
CorvairJim Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 The Dennis fire truck is from EMERGENCY! greg That didn't take long!
CorvairJim Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 These two are both from the original "The Italian Job". Even though the Miura P400 was only an empty shell, I still almost cry whenever I watch that scene!
Helix Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Yeah me too Jim, even when they trash the Minis towards the end

CorvairJim Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Yeah me too Jim, even when they trash the Minis towards the end I hear you. I'm a big fan of those little cars. Heck, even though I'm 6'3" and, well, too heavy (and let's just leave it at that, shall we... ), I prefer small cars to big ones, as long as I can fit in them comfortably. I fit in REAL (read: BMC, pre-BMW) Minis just fine, thank you very much! Those little guys are an absolute blast to drive! OK, I'll admit, even the Coopers aren't real fast compared to Corvettes and Porsches, but they're QUICK! The sad thing about the movie is that, although the Miura was just the stripped-out shell of a car that had been totalled, semi-straightened, and reskinned, all three of those Minis were decent cars. What a waste.
webestang Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 (edited) Forget the Minis and Miura, what about the 2 Jags and Aston the Italian mob trashes when the Brits get stopped on that cliff side road................. "Pretty car........" Edited February 6, 2015 by webestang
my80malibu Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 The Fabulous (Ringo) gere fab. I guess no'one knows? It was a T.V. movie that starred a famous musician? The car was a giveaway prize? Am I the only person who remembers this George Barris built car? Nobody?
my80malibu Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Bonnie and Clyde death car Amen, brother, a very good movie indeed. This one is probably another no brainer.
my80malibu Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 The second picture is from Hollywood knights.
my80malibu Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Some Drunk Driver,December 31st 1963. Lets see who gets this one
The70judgeman Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) Somebody already got it, but actually it's the real one from Phantasm. Not the "tribute" that GYC did. Movie car on the left and GYC tribute on the right. Edited February 7, 2015 by The70judgeman
