gatorincebu Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 . Greetings Everyone, While going through some drawers.I found a back up disc containg some old model pictures. The models shown were built in the 70's and early 80's. most are now in the bins to be rebuilt. Most are in surprisingly good shape considering their age.And what they have been through. A move from Miami to St. Augustinein 94', from St. Aug to jacksonville in 2003', Another house move in 2005' and then to the Philippines and one house move here. And already moved to the new location here in the Phils. Sorry for the poor quality pics. These were taken long before digital cameras and computers. Enjoy, and any comments are welcome! Be Well Gator

tbill Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 cool stuff, even cooler that you still have them!
Old Buckaroo Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 It is always a treat to see pics like this. I am also glad you still have them and will be reconditioning them ! Be sure to take a pic of them before the work over.
Petetrucker07 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Good luck on the rebuilds. I'm sure they will come out looking great. Nice collection.
gatorincebu Posted February 14, 2015 Author Posted February 14, 2015 Thanks guys, Yes I do have pictures of them as they were and are now. Some will just get disassembled and cleaned up and then reassmbled. With stuff like the chrome either redone or stripped and painted. I used to be a heavy pipe smoker. So the models are heavily weathered in nicotine. That I still have them all is kinda cool. They have been through a lot. Be Well Gator
Mopar - D Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Thanks Marc for sharing your pictures from the past. My older brother and I also had model selfs back in the 70's like yours. My younger brother blew up mine with fire crackers. Looking forward to seeing some restore builds. By the way I lived in Bagtanes city back in 92 - 94.
